La Patek d'Andy Warhol

 

Une fois de plus, notre ami belge Antoine Rauis de la célèbre boutique Le Collection'Heure a deniché une pièce d'exception ayant appartenu à Mr Andy Warhol.

 

Cette oeuvre d'art horlogère n'est autre que la Patek Philippe (cote Patek) Calendrier Perpétuel phase de lune (mouvement automatique) ref. 3448 aussi appelée par les collectionneurs "Padellone" ou "Disco Volante".

Andy, grand collectionneur de Patek Philippe, Rolex, Cartier, décedé le 22 février 1987, avait acheté sa montre quasiment 9 ans jour pour jour, le 27 février 1978, nous confirme l'Extrait des Archives Patek Philippe.

 

Cette référence 3448, modèle emblématique au design seventies, fut sortie de la manufacture en 1977, époque ou Warhol était à l'apogée de sa gloire.

 

Au même titre que ces œuvres d'art, on peut supposer que l'achat d'une master piece de la plus prestigieuse manufacture horlogère ayant appartenu au king du pop art représente un investissement sûr dans les années à venir...
